Liability

On May 12, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court, under case number 312 O 85/98, ruled on 'Liability for Links,' emphasizing that by including a link, a person may be partially responsible for the content of the linked page. According to the court, this can only be prevented by explicitly distancing oneself from these contents.
